Kiting

The kiting is going from strength to strength..... It's gone from being a new sport to a full time passion as Team Leader on the Icelandic Challenge.! We plan to Snowkite across Europes largest glacier - The Vatnajokul Glacier, Iceland.! APRIL 2012
FlexiFoil are one of our sponsors and enjoying playing with their kites. Both onland and water in training for the Snowkiting. Hitting it like i did my Skiing, any spare time i've got is flying, buggying, building adapted landboards and anything else I think will make me better at it. More toys the better in my book.!
Loved the Surfkiting, we had strong winds, but the choppy conditions stopped me from gettng up fully and on the way, we'll be back in couple of weeks to try again. Thanks Ollie and gang from Hunstanton Watersports shop for the coaching and assistance on the day.!
Lots of planning to do with the Challenge across Iceland. Need to take the skills learnt in my RAF days and put into practise to manage the complexity of the trip.!
